With a production studio in the heart of the beautiful Berkshire Mountains, PowderKeg is an animation, visual effects, and creative content production studio that provides high-end services to the television, film, Location Based Entertainment, and corporate markets. Founded by President Eric Wilson in 1996, PowderKeg specializes in combining excellent tools with a highly talented and diverse staff to produce a visually superb and compelling product. The studio's focus continues to be on the power of the moving image, and the assemblage of content developers, conceptual designers, animators and producers continues to yield premium results.

PowderKeg utilizes the latest software on a Gigabit network with high speed internet access. More than 5 Terrabytes worth of high speed data storage, backup systems, and a fast fully networked render farm enhance our production capabilities.

As a subcontractor PowderKeg provides it's full range of services to other production companies, both as a silent enterprise and as a fully visible partner. Eric Wilson and PowderKeg continue to provide ongoing services to a wide range of production companies, such as Synthespian Studios (Kleiser & Walczak), OOH! Animation, and others.
